Things Can Get Hot At The Fontainebleau Hotel In Miami Beach, Florida

Bleau Bar

Bleau Bar

Hakkasan Restaurant

The main bar off the lobby is the Bleau Bar. In the evening hours the bar area can be magical. The drink menu is extensive with some really cool drinks. Stick with a classic cocktail or see what fresh ideas the head mixologist has in mind. At the Hakkasan Restaurant, located on the fourth floor rooftop, you’ll discover award-winning modern Cantonese cuisine. The name “Hakkasan” pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address.

Arkadia Day Club & Bar

Hakkasan Bar & Lounge

The other bars of note are the Glow Bar by the main pool, the Arkadia Bar inside the Arkadia Day Club and the Hakkasan Bar.  The Arkadia Day Club pool is an adults-only and the main space for adult themed pool parties.  Arkadia offers a weekend Miami pool party experience from 12 PM to 7 PM with sounds by resident DJ K Razor’s and theme parties. If looking for a cabana here, they start at $550. The Glow Bar is a casual setting to hang out or get drinks while laying out. The Hakkasan is more dressy and inside the restaurant of the same name. There is also the Scarpetta and Stripsteak bars both inside those restaurants.

There are lots of room types, but two basic locations. There is the main building which is the curved iconic portion that faces the ocean and the tower. The main building is more hotel like and the the tower is more condo like, some with full kitchens. I like the hotel side, really due to the romantic history of the building.

LIV Nightclub

BLEAULIVE

The nights come alive within the walls of the iconic Fontainebleau’s LIV. There is dancing well into the morning to house, hip-hop and rock. Then there is BleauLive which continues the tradition of unforgettable live Miami concert performances with multi-media stars such as Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Tiesto, Pitbull and other artists who bring the crowd’s energy onstage.
